DELIVERY 

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the delivery.

Standard Delivery

The Orchard delivers nationwide from Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm.

Please allow 1-2 days for your items to be dispatched from the time that you have placed your order. Once the order has been placed you should then receive your item within the next 5 working days.

Please take note that The Orchard does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. 

On delivery of your item you will need to digitally sign for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery. 

Goods remain property of The Orchard until signed for

Furniture Delivery

The Orchard uses Roscrea Express to deliver furniture throughout Ireland. These items will be delivered to you unassembled. Once an order is placed preferred carrier will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.

The earliest that you may receive your item is within 7 working days from the time of your order.

The Orchard are happy to organize delivery on a Saturday using our Orchard van

RATES:

DPD Items Less than 30kg (Nationwide): €5

DPD Items 30kg or more (Nationwide): €50 

Roscrea Furniture Delivery (Nationwide): €65 per pallette - unassembled

Weber Delivery & Assembly - DUBLIN ONLY - €75

Christmas Deliveries 

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfill and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance as not being disappointed.  

Returns

If you are for any reason not satisfied with your purchase we'll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned unused, with the original packaging and delivery receipt within 28 days.

Please allow up to 48hours for your return to be processed.

We accept returns in store and via post. If any returns need to be made due to the above reasons please notify us with an email to info@theorchard.ie noting your name, order number and item details before returning the package to the below address. Please note that cost for posting back a return is responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order this may be done by contacting our online support on info@theorchard.ie before 5pm on the day of order. 

We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these Terms.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
